As a service provider focused on office printing support since our inception in 1993, we have developed a solid reputation for expertise, responsiveness, and customer accommodation. Our maintenance programs have evolved to include a variety of configurations from per-call to all inclusive. Options include:
Service Plus Value
A one, three or five year "all inclusive" usage contract that provides the following:
- Cost-per-page billing (total cost coverage)
- Office Document Equipment (Printers, copiers, Fax, MFP's)
- All service and supplies required for projected page volume
- Reconfiguring and upgrade options
 Service Plus:
- A one, three or five year usage contract that provides the following:
- Cost-per-page billing (total cost coverage)
- All service and supplies required for projected page volume
Select:
Purchase all Consumables and qualify for free labor.
Full Service Contract (FSV):
"Traditional" maintenance agreement that includes all labor and service parts necessary to keep
your office equipment operational on an annual basis. The annual "fixed" cost and specifics of
coverage are dependant upon the number and model of identified machines and your needs.
Warranty Repair
Full service warranty repair for Brother, HP & Xerox.
Time Block Option (TBO):
A program of pre-paid labor that offers flexibility and discounted costs with the following:
- Pre-paid labor at a discounted rate
- Applicable to all laser class products at specific entity
- Renews annually or when hours are used
- No on-site or travel charges
- Discounted parts and supplies (i.e. toner, maintenance kits, etc.)
Fixed Budget TBO:
A program of printer support involving pre-paid labor and toner cartridge commitment, which
virtually eliminates the transactional costs of service and includes:
- Pre-paid labor at a discounted rate
- Support for all laser class products at specific entity
- Service Credit accumulation
- Deferred billing on parts
- No on-site or travel charges
- Discounted parts and service (i.e. toner, maintenance kits, etc.)
Per Call:
Incidental break-fix repair with parts, travel (on-site) and labor charges.
