RE: Merger and new name for Desktop Color Systems, Inc.

Greetings and Good News!

Desktop Color Systems, Inc., recently purchased the assets of Quantum Technologies, Inc.,
from Jack and Peggy Sieber, founders and owners.

Mr. Sieber founded Quantum Technologies in 1991, providing service and support for HP
printers and multifunction equipment, and providing HP hardware and supplies.  Desktop
Color Systems, Inc. was founded in 1993, providing Tektronix color printers, imaging
supplies, service agreements, and providing service and support on printers and
multifunction equipment.

All of the Quantum Technologies, Inc. employees along with the Desktop Color Systems,
Inc. employees are a part of the new company.  Mr. Sieber will continue on as a consultant
for the next two years. “We are looking forward to learning all that we can from Jack. He has
worked very hard at developing his company, and deserves to be proud of his
accomplishments. We all wish him a happy retirement,” said David Gephardt.

The name of the merged businesses will be Quantum Technologies, a DCSI (Desktop Color
Systems, Inc.) company.  We can be reached at either 636-343-4600 or 636-349-6600.  By
the end of August we will be combining our offices at the following address:

With the merger we now offer Warranty Service on HP, Brother as well as Xerox printers,
copiers and MFP’s.  Feel free to drop by the office or give us a call to discuss the merger or
